Course Description

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain quality management principles and their practical applications in various industries. Participants will explore techniques for assessing, monitoring, and improving quality throughout the supply chain, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, minimizing defects, and optimizing processes.
