Dr Sakhile Manyathi is a seasoned Public Sector Procurement Researcher and part-time lecturer at the University of Pretoria, lecturing the public sector SCM courses. Dr Manyathi used to lecture at the National School of Government (previously known as PALAMA) the public sector SCM courses. He is currently an Advisory Board Member of the Vaal University of Technology, Department of Supply Chain Management. He graduated at the University of KwaZulu- Natal with the Bachelor of Commerce (SCM).  He obtained Post Graduate Diploma: Tertiary Education and graduated at the Regent Business School with the Master of Business Administration degrees. Sakhile is an academic researcher, he has published several academic articles internationally and locally; with special research focus on local and global public sector procurement. He is finalising his PhD studies focusing on public sector procurement.
