Dr Ehimen Ejodame

Dr Ehimen Ejodame is a serving senior military logistics, procurement and supply chain management professional in the Nigerian Air Force. He is currently the Dean of Faculty of Social Science and Management Studies and Head of the Public Procurement Unit at the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology and Nigerian Defence Academy. As Deputy Director Procurement at Headquarters Nigerian Air Force, he coordinated procurement for a number of capital and recurrent projects as well as facilitated successful negotiations for the acquisition of several major equipment and platforms from global manufacturers and vendors. He has served as chair in a number of international conference sessions and published/presented papers in local and international forums. He has lectured and facilitated research projects in international institutions including Nottingham Business School and Sheffield Management School in the United Kingdom. He is a recipient of several academic and professional awards including the ‘Lelio Raffa Award’ from the International Purchasing and Supply Education & Research Association. He won a special grant from the University of Sheffield Research Innovation Centre to organise the first University of Sheffield’s Doctoral Entrepreneurship Conference tagged ‘dare to take a step’. He is a listed Mechanical Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria and a Distinguished Fellow of the Air Force War College, graduating as the Best All Round Participant in 2017.
