Webinar Series on Contracting for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMES)
The webinar series on contracting for MSMEs aims to build capacity for MSMEs in Africa to improve their chances of winning government contracts/tenders contributing to economic empowerment, job creation, and poverty reduction. It will also build their capacity to be able to do business with the United States under the US-Africa bilateral trade and investment agreement.
MSMEs attending the capacity building program will be able to develop their skills and capabilities to do business with the public and private sectors, access key information relevant to the growth of their businesses, and establish solutions to building blocks on challenges faced by MSMEs.
The expected target audience is 150 MSMEs per session with a total of 1500 to benefit from the webinar over a period of 10 months, commencing in February 2024. The cost for the Webinar series and a detailed breakdown can be provided upon request.
The capacity building program will be rolled out for a period of 10 months commencing in February 2024 monthly, using the Zoom platform. The date, time, and topics for the presentation are reflected below.
