Phumzile is passionate about helping organisations drive value through their SCM. Within the 21 years in Finance and Supply Chain Management, she has sharpened her business acumen and has successfully spearheaded and delivered a number of  Supply Chain transformation Solutions, both in private and public companies. The SCM transformation solutions delivered include SCM strategy, organisational design and optimisation, SCM digitisation and optimisation, SCM skills reforms, Shared Services, Risk, Governance and Audit.  Her additional expertise includes Project Management, Category Management, Inventory Management, Contract Management and negotiations, Financial Management, mentoring and coaching. Her industry experience includes Aviation, ICT, Mining, Education, Energy, Securities, and Facilities Management. Phumzile holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting Sciences, MCIPS and is currently finalising her MBA dissertation with the Henley Business School.
