AISCR SUBMISSION ON THE DRAFT PUBLIC PROCUREMENT BILL

On the 08 April 2020, AISCR held a webinar to review and provide input on the draft public procurement bill issued by the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, National Treasury on the 19^th March 2020. The draft bill aims to simplify the confusing and fragmented rules that regulate the public procurement process into a single, unified process that is easy for service providers and supply chain management (SCM) practitioners to understand and apply.
