AISCR FLAGSHIP EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP FORUM
May 27-29, 2026 | 3 Days | In-Person
Public Procurement & Contract Management Executive Leadership Forum
From Compliance to Public Value
Empowering procurement leaders to drive innovation and deliver public value beyond compliance
Public procurement is a powerful mechanism through which governments translate public resources into infrastructure, services, and economic development. In many countries, procurement represents 15–20% of GDP, making it one of the most influential policy instruments available to governments. While procurement systems have traditionally focused on compliance and accountability, modern public sector challenges require procurement to deliver broader public value. Today’s governments manage complex supply chains supporting infrastructure, healthcare, digital transformation, and public service delivery. This requires procurement leaders who can integrate procurement, contract management, and supply chain strategy to deliver value for money, efficiency, innovation, and institutional credibility.
The AISCR Public Procurement & Contract Management Leadership Forum brings together policymakers, procurement leaders, development partners, and practitioners to explore how procurement systems can evolve from compliance-driven processes toward strategic systems that deliver measurable public value.
Venue: Djeuga Palace Hotel, Yaounde, Cameroon
