AISCR FLAGSHIP EXECUTIVE MASTERCLASS

October 22, 2026 | 2 Days | Live Online

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Strengthening Fairness, Transparency, Consistency, and Defensible Award Decisions

Tender evaluation is one of the most sensitive stages of the public procurement cycle. Evaluation weaknesses can lead to unfair awards, complaints, disputes, audit queries, poor supplier selection, and loss of public trust. Evaluation teams must apply criteria consistently, document decisions properly, manage conflicts of interest, and uphold fairness, transparency, competition, and integrity. This course provides practical guidance on bid assessment, evaluation criteria, technical and financial evaluation, scoring, clarification, evaluation reporting, and contract award recommendations. It strengthens participants’ ability to make defensible procurement decisions in line with regulatory and institutional requirements.
